Villa LAVA is the ground-floor residence of a two-storey stone house on a hill above Pirovac Bay. It has three bedrooms, a big open-plan living room and kitchen, a garden terrace, and a private heated pool; the owners keep the floor above. A full kitchen with a Nespresso machine, enterprise-grade WiFi over Starlink in every room, and air conditioning throughout.

Why here

Pirovac sits between Šibenik and Zadar in a stretch of coast that guidebooks tend to skip on the way to Dubrovnik. That's the point. The Kornati islands, the Krka waterfalls, and Michelin dinners in a fishing town are all within an hour, without the summer scrum.

A wonderful place to stay that I can highly recommend! The house and pool were beautifully clean and ready for us when we arrived. The highlight for families with children is the saltwater pool: it has a shallow section for little ones and can be covered for safety. The owners even lent us water toys for the kids, and kept the pool clean while we were at the beach. The children were thrilled! The beach is just a short walk away, beautifully clean and lined with trees that offer plenty of shade.

The whole family had a blast! The accommodation was just perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 teenager. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and had full bathrooms. We enjoyed cooking dinners in the well-equipped kitchen and dining at the large family table and out on the terrace. Not to mention the stunning outdoor space: the pool was a fantastic bonus! It was spotless and the whole area was pristinely maintained. Everything you need locally, but easy to venture out from too!

Absolutely amazing and spacious apartment! Perfectly clean with plenty of room for the whole family, making us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality cookware. The swimming pool is unbeatable and very cozy thanks to the lush greenery around the fence. The hosts welcomed us with wine, gave us all the info we needed, and then gave us absolute privacy: we always had the pool to ourselves. Everything is a five-minute walk away: shops, bakeries, a pharmacy, and great restaurants.

Listing as described in every way. Pirovac is a family-friendly seaside village that comes alive in the evening. The villa is perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends. We had 3 children aged 10, 12 and 16 who slept in the small bedroom, and there was enough space for them. The swimming pool is very pleasant, a very good alternative to the beach. A perfect stay, a place to recommend.

We found the villa perfect for our family holiday. The pool area created an ideal place to relax, and with the harbour and local restaurants only a short walk away this only added to our experience. The villa itself is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with a fully equipped kitchen, generous terrace and a well maintained garden. The property manager was on hand to assist with any of our requirements. Overall the property far exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend to others!

Great stay! Great location, close to the small port on foot and the beach! Very nice quiet accommodation, extremely well equipped. Nothing was missing for a relaxing holiday. Very nice exterior with its beautiful pool that the children enjoyed! Great communication with the host, very responsive. Pirovac is a charming town that is lively during the summer season for families with children like us. We can only recommend this place.

We're soo amazed! The apartment is really very beautiful, fully equipped and very spacious. The salt pool is hot and perfect, especially in the evening when the children are sleeping. Pirovac is such a quiet place and the beaches are ideal for families with children, and for adults too, there are bars!
